  • Each month of active membership, you earn one (1) Membership Point, which may be applied toward eligible treatments listed in the Membership Menu.
  • If a Membership Point is not used within its original month, one (1) unused Point may roll over and remain available for up to three (3) months from the original issue date, after which it expires automatically if unused.
  • Expired or unused Points have no cash value and are not refundable.

    • Absolutely. One of our Next Level Providers will help curate a customized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals, including utilizing different treatments and seasonal options when appropriate.

    If you are in the initial 6-month term, you will be required to pay the waived onboarding fee ($229) to cancel your agreement. Once the initial 6-month term is completed, simply let us know you would like to cancel before your next billing date.

    Yes. Active members get access to member-only seasonal Eminence treatments and upgrades, such as limited-time masques or protocols layered into your facial plan. Current seasonal features are always posted on our Seasonal page.
